· At Mia Handmade Creations we self-test our products.

· We do not perform any animal testing and are totally cruelty free.

· Our effort will always remain in being transparent by providing all the information related to our products through our catalog, labels or even personally speaking with our customers.

· Our organic soaps are made using the cold process technique which doesn't involve any external heat source. This is to ensure that the soap retains the natural goodness and elements of the ingredients.

· We do not use any ingredient in our products which harms the nature.

· Our products are free from any preservatives such as paraben, SLS, SLES, sulphates, detergents, artificial foam boosters and artificial colorants.

· We do not use any chemicals or hardening agents hence soap may sweat due to the natural glycerin found in it. Hence, it is always recommended to store the soap in cool and dry temperatures/places.

· We manufacture products in small batches so the repeat orders may, or many not look the same.
